My husband and I both work full time. We have a shared account for all household expenses, recreation, eating out, grocery shopping etc. we both also have our own separate accounts. I do the bulk of the cleaning and laundry. He takes care of the outside. Lawn, pool, gutters etc. I cook. He cooks. I do the dishes. I take care of the pets. He takes care of the pets. We each take care of different things regarding the pets. All of our bills and mortgage are on auto pay. All we have to do regarding bills is to make sure that we always have enough money in the shared account each month to cover all bills. If I am sick he takes care of me. If he is sick I take care of him. We have no children together but I have a child from a previous marriage. I celebrate him on Father’s Day because he helped me raise him and he is my son’s father figure. And deserves it. Birthdays are just another day. I will say happy birthday and cook his favorite meal and call it a day.

I feel like the people in the comments don’t know them. Also I find everything they talk about very helpful. They are super honest and raw. Abby recently made a video about people commenting on him, and that it makes her angry because she loves him and is a sweet husband. You’re making your content and money being judgmental towards a 5 second clip.

I found your channel quite recently and honestly you're doing something very good here. I love how you shout out about exploitation, about kids on the Internet and show it in a negative light. I know that probably the RUclips algorithm just knows that I would love to see people posting stuff like this and it's the only reason I found this channel, but I feel like you're right about being mad about all those f*cked up things that media do to people. What I would love to eventually add more from time to time is some more statistics, like, I know it may seem the boring part, but it's not boring, it's important that people see the scale. You are touching upon very crucial issues and those videos are very professional, but more data would make them probably even more appealing, showing the context, the scale of such problems. I hope nobody ever takes those videos down, cause this is just something the society has to start speaking about. There are so many crisis situations around the world and the last thing we need among them is child exploitation in social media and all this bad thing we're doing to ourselves by just impulsively checking up the phone. I really appreciate how you try to speak out about those issues and I wish you all the best luck with it. Something's got to change ❤

I think it’s fine to have these my life is over thoughts. Bringing a child into this world is scary and hard. And post partum will feel like you alone no matter how many people you have around. You can’t control your thoughts and the way you feel. I commend them for being honest. It shouldn’t be like that but it happens. It is normal. But I do believe there is an unbalance you can tell not through these videos it’s way more subtle than that- she always looks tired compared to him, tired, done, exhausted while he looks well rested and put together. You can literally see it in their face. That’s what’s crazy to me.

someone tell me if i’m completely off base here, but matt’s personality genuinely reminds me of so many men who turned out to be family annihilators. i’m not saying he would snap and do that, but it feels eerily similar. you always hear about how the men who did that had seemingly perfect marriages, everything they could ever want, kids, etc, but there were usually always warning signs leading up to it. matt isn’t completely overt in his emotional abuse and manipulation, but that’s what makes it scary. he constantly does these subtle digs at abby, and he does them in a way that he can easily explain away or wiggle his way out of somehow.

I put the blame on the government for allowing this to be legal. People like her exist all over the states, and children need to be protected.

I make my son cereal or toast for breakfast because I don’t cook first thing in the morning. But we have a tradition that on his birthday he can have birthday cake for breakfast lol some may disagree but it’s once a year and it’s his birthday so it’s like a one off special occasion. Also we go out to eat once a week. But the rest of the time I try to make healthy meals , fruit for snacks , lots of veggie ect

Growing up my mom played the “role” of taking care of me and my sister while my dad strictly only provided financially. Me and my dad can’t communicate with each other and don’t really talk now. Being a parent is looking past just simply providing, it’s giving your child love along with care not just physically but mentally. It’s disappointing that parents fail to realize that, then wonder why their child has such a hard time holding a simple conversation with them.

This guy is such a dick. I hate him. Selfish doesn’t even do it justice when you try to describe Matt. This is an abusive relationship, there I said it. It’s one of those “nice guy” narcissist situations where it’s so passive aggressive and done in such a nonchalant way that you can almost miss it and dismiss it as “he’s just a nice young guy who’s trying to figure it all out”. I have no issue with homeschooling or unschooling - done the correct way. But this woman 😵‍💫she is trying to defend the shit she is spewing by lashing out on social media and just digging her grave even deeper. The things she is saying she will be doing with her children when "unschooling" them is literally parenting - something she clearly does not know how to do. My husband is a teacher and has , on many occasions, said that he wishes parents would stop leaving the life skills teaching to the teachers and actually start being competent parents.

I was in a 5+ year relationship, that has been my only relationship, and I always thought too if my ex was really the one for me because he had hooked up with a couple girls before me and I was honestly jealous that he had more experience than me. I wanted more experience too and date and kiss other ppl and no matter what positive, happy thoughts I had, I still wondered what it would’ve been like to be with someone else. And yea, so basically we’re not together anymore lol. We were together since I was 15, now 21, and him 17, now 23.

I used to be aware of these people like 2-3 years ago and IMMEDIATELY knew they (him) were weird/scummy so I’m extremely glad to see their snark subreddit is going strong and this video is getting so much traction.
